Kitchen drain backing up
Slow drains, floor drain overflow, or sewage smell. Find out whether you need a grease trap pump-out, hydro jetting, or a plumbing repair.
Can escalate to urgent. Act within 24 hours if water has reached the floor.
Refrigeration not holding temperature
Walk-in or reach-in running but not cooling. Find out whether it’s dirty coils, a gasket, a refrigerant leak, or a failing compressor.
Can be an emergency. Food safety risk if temperatures are elevated.
Ice machine not making ice
