Boh Technologies, Inc. (“Boh”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website boh.ai and related services (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our Site.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Contact and intake form submissions: name, email, phone number, restaurant name and address, description of your kitchen situation, city, number of locations, annual revenue range
- Emergency service requests: phone number
- Provider applications: name, email, phone, company name, address, services provided
- Kitchen Assessment booking information
- Service bookings via the /book flow: name, email, phone, service address, service type, scheduling preferences, and payment information processed by Stripe
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data via Google Analytics 4: pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser and device type, approximate location (city/region level). This data is only collected with your explicit consent.
- Cookies: we use a single consent cookie (boh_cookie_consent) to remember your cookie preference.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels without your consent.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your service inquiries and process service bookings
- To coordinate and dispatch maintenance and repair services to your kitchen
- To process payments for services booked through the Site (via Stripe)
- To send service notifications, confirmations, and reminders via email or SMS
- To understand how visitors use our Site and improve our content (analytics, with consent only)
- To improve our service offerings and pricing
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
Purchases and Payment
When you book a service through the Site, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you authorize Boh to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout. All payments are in U.S. dollars.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking and may vary by service type. In the event of a dispute regarding a completed service, we will attempt to mediate and, where appropriate, issue a refund within 15 days of approval.
SMS Communications
When you provide your mobile phone number, you may consent to receive SMS messages from us, including service notifications, reminders, and scheduling confirmations. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or by contacting us at hello@boh.ai. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. We comply with applicable regulations including 10DLC requirements in the United States.
Cookies and Consent
We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. When you visit the Site, analytics and advertising cookies are set to “denied” by default. If you accept cookies via our consent banner, analytics and advertising data will be collected. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies, which resets your consent choice.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share data with:
- Stripe, for secure payment processing
- Service providers who assist with operating our platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics)
- Vetted maintenance contractors dispatched to fulfill your service requests - limited to the information necessary to complete the job
- Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law
Data Retention
Form submission and booking data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the service and for reasonable business record-keeping purposes. Analytics data is subject to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings (default: 14 months).
Your Rights
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of your data, and to opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell personal data). To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@boh.ai.

Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites including Calendly for booking and Stripe for payment processing. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Children
The Site is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
