Refrigeration Maintenance

As food costs rise, so does the cost of a refrigeration failure. A single breakdown during service can mean thousands in spoiled inventory on top of repair bills. Boh dispatches a licensed technician confirmed within hours to clean coils, inspect gaskets, and verify refrigerant levels. Regular maintenance keeps temperatures stable and avoids the failures that hurt most.
