- •Inspect evaporator coils, fan blades, defrost cycle, thermostats, and drain lines.
- •Clean evaporator and condenser coils, sanitize drain pans and tubing, clean fan blades and air intake vents.
- •Inspect refrigerant levels, check for leaks (visual and electronic if suspected).
- •Check compressor, superheat/subcooling levels, TXV, and sight glass.
- •Inspect electrical connections, relays, contactors, capacitors, safety controls, defrost heater and timer.
- •Restart system, monitor full cycle, measure temperature and pressure readings.
- •Detailed service report with recommendations.
