Free rescheduling when requested at least 24 hours before your appointment.

$150 cancellation fee for cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

$300 no-show fee if a technician arrives on site and cannot perform the service due to access or readiness issues.

Everything covered in the preventive visit.

Hydro jet the main kitchen line from the cookline, prep, pot sink, and dish area into the grease trap.
Jet the outlet line from the grease trap to the building sewer.
Optional branch lines (sink drains, access drains, floor drains) included based on selected tier.
Verify flow on all lines after jetting.
Note any damaged sections, bellies, or access issues in the service report.
Checklist completed on work order upon service completion.
