After service, we will finalize the total based on the approved scope. We will charge the remaining balance or refund any difference.
A 30% premium applies to Urgent and High urgency requests scheduled on weekends or holidays. You will select urgency at checkout.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
- Free rescheduling when requested at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- $150 cancellation fee for cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
- $300 no-show fee if a technician arrives on site and cannot perform the service due to access or readiness issues.

- ✓Remove accumulated grease from ducts, fans, hoods, and vents of the commercial kitchen exhaust system.
- ✓Before and after photos uploaded to the work order.
- ✓Inspection of the hood system mechanics including belt and motor - issues and recommendations included in service report.
- ✓Hood cleaning tag affixed to the hood indicating the date of the most recent cleaning.
