Fire Suppression & Extinguishers
There is a real risk of fire in the kitchen, and fire suppression systems need to be serviced regularly to remain effective. It is more than just cleaning the hood. During service, the system is activated to clear buildup. Manual and automatic alarms are tested along with gas and electrical shutoffs. Fire extinguishers are inspected, certified, and tagged to comply with fire code.

A 30% premium applies to Urgent and High urgency requests scheduled on weekends or holidays. You’ll select urgency at checkout.

- •Remove hose, check threads, inspect hose for cracks or splits, inspect discharge horn.
- •Check valve opening for powder or foreign matter.
- •Remove extinguisher seal and locking pin; check upper and lower handles.
- •Fire Suppression: inspect clean agent levels, verify proper pressurization, check for visible damage.
- •Checklist completed on work order upon service completion.

- •Repairs - will be quoted separately for approval if needed.
Compliance certificate, service report, and checklist uploaded after every visit.
